Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to medical protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare staff.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient care environment.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume unit.
