Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and comprehensive health assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical notes.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations with composure and clinical proficiency.
- Educate patients and families on discharge planning and post-care instructions.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (New grads welcome to apply).
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
