Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical-surgical cases
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress using electronic health records
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care plans
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with critical thinking
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license (required)
- BSN or higher preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience (medical-surgical focus)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
