Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in assigned clinical units (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, etc.)
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations per protocol
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for treatment plans
- Educate patients/families on health conditions and discharge planning
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in emergency response and critical care protocols
Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience highly valued)
