Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor health status to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop effective patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient medical histories, treatments, and responses.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions.
- Respond rapidly to medical emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
