About The Role
As a Registered Nurse at Apex Medical Solutions, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, ensuring the highest standards of medical excellence while fostering a healing environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and continuous monitoring.
- Assess patient conditions and update care plans based on clinical findings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and nursing protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (TX or NC).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards.
