Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing patient needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will work in a collaborative environment to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using electronic health records.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care interventions.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN License in the State of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift patients as required.
- Candidate must pass a background check and drug screen.
