Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced trauma environment
- Assess, monitor, and stabilize patients using advanced critical care protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide mentorship to junior nursing staff and clinical students
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Minimum 2 years ER/trauma experience preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Strong assessment skills in critical care scenarios
- Ability to work efficiently in high-stress environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
