Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed providers.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oregon.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure.
