Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and surgical services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization projects
- Mentor nursing staff and contribute to clinical excellence programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana (IN)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred for specialty roles
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications; specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, TNCC) highly valued
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems and other healthcare technologies
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
