Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precise clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and infection control protocols
- Educate patients/families on health management and discharge planning
- Utilize Epic EHR systems for real-time clinical decision-making
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer mentorship
Qualifications
- Active Indiana RN license (Compact License preferred)
- BSN or higher degree from accredited nursing program
- 2+ years acute care experience with specialty certifications
- BLS/ACLS certifications maintained per hospital policy
- Proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
- Demonstrated critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities with diverse patient populations
- Flexibility for rotating shifts including nights/weekends
