Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition with urgency and precision.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current and active Indiana RN license (or eligible for compact state license).
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume medical environment.
