Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and oncology
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient vitals
- Maintain accurate electronic health records using Epic EMR systems
- Provide mentorship to nursing students and new team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocol audits
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida (FL RN) required
- BSN degree with 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Strong proficiency in electronic health records (Epic experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
