Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and monitor vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed practitioners.
- Document patient assessments, care plans, and clinical notes accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond to patient emergencies and critical situations promptly and effectively.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New graduates welcome).
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (ACLS preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume medical environment.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
