Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via video call and secure phone lines.
- Monitor patient health status and report acute changes to physicians immediately.
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans according to established state guidelines.
- Document patient interactions accurately and timely in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Provide patient education and emotional support to individuals and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Texas (or eligible for compact license).
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred, ADN accepted).
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (Medical/Surgical background preferred).
- Strong computer proficiency with experience in telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
