Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and triage evaluations.
- Administer medications and treatments while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and treatment progress accurately in EHR systems.
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition.

Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of nursing experience in a clinical or telehealth setting.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and medical software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
