Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and provide high-quality nursing care via secure telehealth platforms.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and treatment responses accurately and in a timely manner using EHR systems.
- Manage medication administration and monitor patient vitals with precision.
- Provide health education and emotional support to patients and their families remotely.
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries and escalate critical issues immediately to on-site staff.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred (Telehealth experience is a major plus).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients remotely.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle high-pressure situations.
