Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to established medical protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and health status, reporting critical changes immediately.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop patient plans.
- Document patient history, assessments, and care plans accurately in EMR systems.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to families and patients.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency with EMR experience (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
