Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patient health status through observation and interview.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities immediately.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
