Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessment, planning, and intervention in accordance with nursing standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient observations, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Missouri
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
