Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions continuously, escalating emergencies immediately.
- Document patient data accurately and thoroughly in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on discharge instructions, disease prevention, and health maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other departments to ensure holistic care.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Nevada.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
