Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical/surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for optimal outcomes
- Educate patients/families on discharge planning and preventive care
- Adhere to Joint Commission standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee (or compact state)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience highly valued)
