Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients' health status and vital signs continuously.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and home care instructions.
- Document patient care services accurately and timely in electronic health records (EMR).
- Respond to emergent situations with calmness and rapid clinical decision-making.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
