Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures with meticulous attention to detail
- Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and progress using advanced electronic health record systems
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care strategies
- Uphold strict compliance with JCAHO standards, HIPAA regulations, and hospital protocols
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN degree preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years acute care experience considered
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS or specialty certifications advantageous
- Minimum 1-year recent experience in acute care or specialty nursing
- Expertise in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure clinical environments
