Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient health and promptly respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety standards, infection control procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Minnesota.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school (ASN, BSN, or MSN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced clinical environments.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
