We are looking for RNs who are detail-oriented, empathetic, and ready to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health conditions, history, and needs to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and report significant changes to the nursing team or physicians immediately.
- Document patient care activities, including interventions and responses, accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and disease management.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Tennessee.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, BSN, or MSN).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
