Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Document all patient interactions, care plans, and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program (Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to patient safety.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and protocols.
