Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
- Provide patient and family education to ensure understanding of care plans.
- Respond immediately to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition.
- Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (ASN or BSN).
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Ohio.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (ACLS required for most units).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
