Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for compassionate individuals who are eager to learn. In this role, you will:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of experienced Charge Nurses and Nurse Managers.
- Assess patient health status by performing physical examinations and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Document patient care activities, symptoms, and responses to treatment accurately.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond promptly to emergencies.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee.
- CPR (BLS) Certification required prior to start date.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient advocacy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift patients as needed.
