Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care under the direct supervision of senior nursing staff.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition immediately to the charge nurse.
- Assist with daily living activities, hygiene, and patient comfort.
- Document patient care plans, medical history, and medication administration accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized nursing unit environment.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Nursing degree (Associate, Bachelor’s, or Diploma) from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospital setting.
- Willingness to participate in orientation and clinical training programs.
- CPR/BLS certification (required at time of hire).
