Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care utilizing evidence-based nursing practices
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge planning
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license (TN license required)
- Pass NCLEX exam or scheduled within 90 days of graduation
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends as needed
