Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care under the supervision of experienced preceptors, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition immediately to the nursing team.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and nutritional support.
- Document patient data accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Follow established protocols for medication administration and infection control.
Qualifications
- Valid RN License issued by the New York State Department of Education.
- Nursing Degree (ADN or BSN) from an accredited college or university.
- No prior work experience required – New Graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- CPR Certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers) required prior to start date.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
