Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical units under preceptor guidance
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans using electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations
- Participate in shift handoffs and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (or eligible to obtain)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam or scheduled within 3 months
- BLS certification from AHA
