Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care progress accurately
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or eligibility)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 6+ months experience considered)
- Passing NCLEX exam results required
- BLS certification (will provide ACLS training)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
