Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care in accordance with established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Document patient assessments and care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes
- Participate in continuing education and skill development
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active Illinois RN license (or eligible)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
