Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care under clinical supervision in assigned units
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Participate in emergency response and critical care scenarios during training
- Adhere to hospital policies, JCAHO standards, and infection control protocols
- Complete residency requirements including skills check-offs and competency evaluations
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (or eligible to sit for NCLEX)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Recent nursing graduate (within 12 months) or new to practice
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred, will provide training)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
