Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and hospital protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations accurately
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records (EHR) precisely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions
- Adhere to infection control and safety regulations at all times
- Participate in shift handovers and report changes in patient status
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active or pending RN license in Kansas (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (CPR training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
