Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Active RN license in the state of Texas
- Passing NCLEX-RN exam results
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
