Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care under the supervision of experienced RN preceptors
- Participate in clinical rotations across various hospital departments
- Accurately document patient assessments and care plans in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Complete residency curriculum requirements including skills workshops and simulations
- Engage in continuous learning through mentorship and professional development sessions
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active or pending Indiana RN license
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
