Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health management strategies
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (or eligible to obtain)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Clinical rotation experience (new graduates welcome)
