Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care across diverse medical units under clinical supervision
- Administer medications and treatments with precision following established protocols
- Document patient assessments and care plans using our advanced EMR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in our new-grad residency program including skills workshops
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and hospital safety standards
- Complete required certifications within the first 90 days
Qualifications
- Recent graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Active RN license in Virginia or eligible to obtain immediately
- NCLEX-RN exam scheduled or passed within 3 months
- CPR certification from American Heart Association
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
