Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Document patient records accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required)
- Active Illinois RN license (or eligible to obtain)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program within the last 12 months

- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
