Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge planning
- Maintain strict infection control and safety standards in all clinical areas
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit-based performance reviews
Qualifications
- Current California RN license (or eligible to sit for NCLEX)
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Completion of clinical rotation or new graduate program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
