Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
- Assist in emergency situations and perform rapid patient assessments
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required)
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Oklahoma
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (will provide training if needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
