Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of care
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma)
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license or eligibility to obtain immediately
- NCLEX-RN exam pass or scheduled to take within 3 months
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
