Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care in assigned units
- Perform comprehensive health assessments and medication administration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to hospital policies, JCAHO standards, and safety protocols

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Current Arizona RN license or eligibility
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled within 90 days)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
