Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and self-care strategies
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required)
- Passing NCLEX-RN exam results (or scheduled exam date)
- CPR certification (required, ACLS preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical environments
