Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care in accordance with clinical protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active RN license in Tennessee or ability to obtain immediately
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
