Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration, wound care, and treatment monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge planning
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
