Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care with compassion and precision across diverse medical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventive care
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and hospital policies ensuring compliance
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active New Mexico RN license or eligibility to obtain immediately
- CPR/BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care with empathy

- Willingness to complete hospital-specific orientation and training programs
